Order Fulfilment Process – From Your Idea to the Finished Product

At Haidi Services Int Ltd., we create fully personalised physical and digital products designed according to each customer’s individual requirements. Every order is treated as a unique project, which is why our fulfilment process follows clear stages – from the initial idea and design preparation to production and delivery of the final product.

1. Providing Your Idea and Materials

The first stage is collecting all information needed to create your personalised product.

Customers can provide:

their own idea or product description,
text, images, graphics or other materials,
preferred style, colours and details of the expected final result.

Based on the information provided, we prepare a personalised concept tailored to your requirements.

2. Creating the Custom Design and Visualisation

We prepare a dedicated graphic design and product visualisation, allowing you to review how the final product will look before production begins.

At this stage, we refine:

artwork,
layout,
colours,
text,
personalisation details.

This ensures that the final product matches the approved concept.

3. Customer Approval of the Design

The completed visualisation is sent to the customer for review and approval.

Customers can provide feedback, request adjustments or suggest changes. Production begins only after the final design has been approved.

4. Production and Order Preparation

Once the design has been approved, we begin creating the product.

Depending on the type of order, the process may include:

handmade production,
print preparation,
Print On Demand (POD) manufacturing,
product personalisation,
preparation of digital files.

Every order is completed with attention to quality, detail and consistency with the approved design.

5. Shipping from the Nearest Available Production and Delivery Location

Through our cooperation with global production partners and fulfilment centres, we aim to ship products from the nearest available production location to the customer’s delivery address.

This approach helps to:

reduce delivery times,
optimise shipping costs,
minimise transport distance,
reduce the possibility of additional customs charges for international orders.

Once production is completed, the product is carefully prepared for shipment and delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Communication and Customer Collaboration

All communication regarding:

sending materials,
design arrangements,
revisions and adjustments,
approval of visualisations,

is handled via email. This ensures that all project details remain clear, organised and easy to manage throughout the process.
